Then you are in good hands here with us. Our house "Kleine Eifel Auszeit" with the two holiday flats 1 and 2 was completely renovated in 2020/21 and the interiors were newly arranged. Both flats are modern and newly furnished and have a bathroom with rain shower, a bedroom with double bed and a living-dining area with open kitchenette. From the living area you can access the balcony. Flat 2 has an additional bedroom in the attic and an infrared cabin, the use of which is included in the price.

Conditions
Minimum stay 3 nights
Deposit after booking confirmation in the amount of 30% of the booking amount
Balance in the amount of 70% at the latest 14 days before arrival.
If the arrival takes place at short notice, the full travel price is due immediately.
Cancellation conditions:
100 % refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival
50 % refund for cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival
10 % refund for cancellations up to 1 day prior to arrival
Included in the price: Bed linen, towels, dish towels, first entry package (coffee pads, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, waste bags as well as toilet paper.
